At Créations Atie & Hatie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. To start this process, please contact us at atieethatie@gmail.com. Unfortunately, once the 30 days have passed since you received your order, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
Only regular-priced items can be refunded or exchanged.
Orders placed with a discount code are eligible for exchange only.
Sale items are final sales.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend keeping proof of shipment for your return, in case we do not receive the package. The initial order's shipping costs are non-refundable. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned unused. You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
Damages and issues
Damages / Issues - If, upon receiving your order, you notice any damage or error, please contact us immediately at atieethatie@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos and a description of the damage. Please report damaged products within 48 hours and before using your product for the first time. For all returns, refunds, or exchanges, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Lost Packages
Our standard procedure for lost packages requires investigations by the shipping provider for the order in question to provide solutions. This includes orders in transit and orders marked as delivered but not received. Créations Atie & Hatie is not responsible for claims denied by shipping providers.
Note - Candles, soaps, and other similar products may soften or melt during shipping in hot weather. We cannot be held responsible for products that melt when exposed to high temperatures for extended periods. If packages are left outside in hot weather, candles and similar items could potentially melt, and we cannot be held responsible for such damage.
